At Glorious Goods LLC, we take great pride in creating meaningful and beautifully handcrafted gifts. Each item is carefully designed and often customized to reflect the unique vision of our customers. Because of the personalized and handmade nature of our products, all sales are final.
No Refunds
We do not offer refunds once an order has been placed and processed.
Due to the customized and handcrafted nature of our products - including custom tumblers, wreaths, bedazzled sports balls, engraved keepsakes, crochet creations, and other personalized items - we are unable to restock or resell returned merchandise.
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
No Returns or Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or there is an error on our part.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To assist you, we require:

. Clear photos of the item
. Photos of the packaging
. A brief description of the issue
Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement at our discretion. We do not guarantee refunds.
Custom & Personalized Orders
All custom and personalized items are final sale. This includes products featuring:
. Custom names
. Logos
. Initials
. Engraved messages
. Special color requests
We are not responsible for errors submitted by customers, including spelling mistakes or incorrect customization details provided at checkout.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that time, cancellations are not permitted. If you cancel, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus $25 processing/administrative fee.
Shipping Issues
Once an order has been shipped, Glorious Goods LLC is not responsible for:
Carrier delays.
Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered.
Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
